Rahim Jan & Company started practicing in Lahore in the year 1947, as a firm of Public Accountants. Within few years of its existence, it made progress rapid enough to have ramifications in most of the major towns of the then East and West Pakistan. After the cessation of East Pakistan, the offices there had to be closed down. This loss, however led to greater expansion in West Pakistan in its Karachi and Lahore offices, particularly the Karachi office.
With the continued expansion, additional partners were added to cater to the needs of the growing clientele and to extend the range of professional skills required by its clients. The standing of the firm and the reputation it has earned over the years has enabled it to have been in association and correspondence ship with some leading international companies of Accountants and Management Consultants.
